The terms and conditions provided below apply to any use of the Medicom services. All references to “we,” “us” and “our” shall be deemed to be references to Medicom and references to “you” and “your” shall be deemed to be references to any person using our services for any purpose.

By using our services, you agree to have read, understood and accepted to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our discretion, to update or modify the terms and conditions at any time by posting such new terms on the Site without announcing. We, therefore, advise you to always go through these terms and conditions whenever you use the services. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services will constitute your binding acceptance of this Agreement, as amended from time to time. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions, please contact us before use.

From time to time and without prior notice, we may modify or add to the app or the information, products or services available in and out of it.

Using Medicom

While benefitting from any service provided by us directly, any of our collaborates or a third party, you will not attempt to or otherwise do any of the following:

•    impinge on any laws, our policies or third party rights;

•    refuse to deliver payment for services delivered to you;

•    evade or maneuver our fee policy, the billing process, or fees owed to Medicom;

•    post unlawful, inaccurate, deceptive, detrimental, defamatory, offensive or obscene content (including personal information);

•    post or share spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, or chain letters;

•  share or transfer viruses or any other thing that may be harmful to Medicom, or the interests or rights of other users;

•  Redeem any payments you made to us.

Once you don’t fulfill your role -by any means- in any of the services that we offer, we will have the right to exclude you from benefitting it without any obligations from our side to give you a prior notice nor your money back to you.

Promotions / Advertisements

We hold the right to display your name or business name, logo, images or other media formats as part of the Medicom Services and/or other marketing materials, except where you have clearly notified us not to do this and we have given our consent to such a request in writing.

You acknowledge that we may use the public description of your products/services and the content of your profile information on the app for marketing and other related purposes.

Medicom retains the right to use all published delivered works for marketing and promotion purposes.


By posting content, you offer us a universal, continuous, unlimited, royalty-free, sublicensable right to utilize any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights you have in the content, in any media format.

How it Works

With the Buyer making orders of a specific service, and the Seller’s acceptance to provide the service on the app, the Buyer and Seller will be considered to have entered a User Contract, which obligates the Buyer to consent to buy, and the Seller to consent to sell the Seller Services.

You are solely responsible for making sure that you stick with your obligations to other Users. If another User impedes any obligation to you, you are solely responsible for enforcing any rights that you may have.

Each User agrees that the relationship between Buyers and Sellers is that of an autonomous contractor, and not a joint venture or partnership among Users.

Sellers are required to deliver their orders and may not abort orders on a regularly or without cause. Aborting orders will affect sellers’ reputation and status. Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed

When the Seller provides a service, the Buyer has the maximum of three days to accept the service or ask for modifications. If the Buyer fails or refuses to accept the service after three days, Medicom will be compelled to approve it automatically as complete.

The Buyer may terminate the subscription at any time. In the event that the Buyer seeks to cancel an order that is in progress, they will need to cancel by mutual agreement.

Medicom will take fees (financial and/or non-financial) from Advertisers prior, during, or after advertising. If the Advertiser fails to fulfill the contract, we will be forced to stop any further deals.

Right to Refuse Service

We may suspend, close, or limit any User, campaign, research, forum, or your access to your Account without reason. Below are some reasons we may suspend, close, or limit any User, campaign, research, forum, or your access to your Account:

•    if we determine that you have breached, or are acting in breach of, this User Agreement;

•    if you under-bid on any orders so as to renegotiate the actual price privately, to try to evade fees;

•    if we notice that you have intruded on the legal rights (resulting in actual or potential claims) of other Users;

•    if we notice that you have participated, or are participating, in any criminal or illegal activities;

•    to regulate any possible risk of loss or damage to us, other Users, or any other person; or

•    for other reasons.

You agree that: (1) the losses and damages that will occur from your violation of this Agreement will likely attract (without restriction) fines and other associated expenses levied on us by our payment processors and Users; and that those damages may be very challenging to determine; (2) if you violate this Agreement, we may take legal action against you to recover losses and damages.

When your Account is suspended or terminated, you will have no claim whatsoever against us or take any legal action against with regard to any such suspension or termination of your Account.

Other Disputes with Users

You agree that if perhaps any disagreement or dispute occurs between you, a User, and another User with regard to any orders, you will first try to settle any misunderstanding that you may have with regard to such orders, or as regards the quality of the services delivered.

If you keep on experiencing any complications or challenges with regard to any disagreement or dispute with another User in relation to any order, we suggest you immediately contact us.

 Disputes with Us

If any disagreement or dispute occurs between you and Medicom, we will be interested in addressing your concerns immediately and, in the event that we appear to be not capable to address and resolve your concerns to your satisfaction, we will be willing to make available to you a reasonable and lawful means of resolving the disagreement or dispute as soon as possible. We strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by using our customer support website or contacting us.

For any claim of an existing disagreement or dispute, Medicom may decide to settle the disagreement or dispute in a cost effective way through binding non-appearance-based negotiation or mediation. If Medicom decides on negotiation or mediation, such negotiation or mediation will be introduced through a conventional or arranged alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, which is to be chosen by you from a panel of ADR providers that Medicom will make available to you. The ADR provider and the parties involved are required act in accordance with the following rules: a) the negotiation or mediation shall be done with the use of telephone, online and/or be solely based on written communications; the particular means shall be decided upon by the party starting the negotiation or mediation; b) the negotiation or mediation shall not demand or require any personal or physical appearance by the parties or witnesses except otherwise mutually agreed by the parties involved; and c) any judgment or decision made by the negotiator or mediator may be taken to any court of proficient jurisdiction.

All claims or complaints you have against Medicom must be settled in line with the terms of this Agreement. All claims or complaints filed or brought in opposition to this Agreement shall be deemed inappropriately filed and as a violation of this Agreement. In the event that you file a claim or complaint in opposition to the terms of this Agreement, Medicom may recover its legal fees and costs (which may include in-house lawyers and paralegals), on condition that Medicom has sent you a written notification of the inappropriately filed claim or complaints, and you have refused to immediately withdraw the claim or complaint.

You acknowledge and agree that you will not embark on any claims or complaints that may occur under this User Agreement on a class or other representative basis and will not attempt to organise or bring together any negotiation, mediation, or action hereunder with any other proceeding.

Should there be any proceeding by or against you under any provision of any bankruptcy or liquidation law, Medicom holds the right to recover all reasonable costs or expenses (which may include reasonable legal fees and expenses) sustained with regard to the implementation of this Agreement.

Medicom’s failure or inability to act pertaining to a violation by you or others does not relinquish our right to act in accordance to consequent, further or related violations.

For each delivery, it will take as stated in the website\google form, however we have the right extend this to 30 days.

For modification requests, it has to be within 3, 5 or 7 days as the customer chooses. And it will take up to the same time as the new order. After this period finishes, the customer has no right to ask for any modification regardless of the delivered package status.


We hold the right to change or modify information, specifications, prices and descriptions of listed services.

To the maximum level acceptable by law, neither Medicom nor any allied company shall be liable to you as a result of any representation, or any indirect warranty, circumstance or any other term, or any obligation at common law, or under the precise terms of the contract, or in laxity or negligence (whether on the part of Medicom or any of its members, directors, agents, employees or otherwise) for any indirect or consequential damage or loss (which include without limitation to the loss of saving), expenses, costs, or other claims for reparation whatsoever which may result from or as regard the use of this app, the delivery of services or their use by you.

The restrictions of liability in these terms and conditions shall cover equally for the benefit of Medicom and any other allied company of Medicom as if references to Medicom included references to each such allied company.

While Medicom uses reasonable means to guarantee that the information or data on this app is correct, complete and current, it does not, in any way, offer any warranty as regard its correctness, completeness or current-ness and Medicom will not be liable for any errors, mistakes, or omissions or for the consequences that may occur from the use of such provided information.

While Medicom tries all reasonable means to guarantee a fast, safe and reliable service, it does not warrant that your use of this app will be error-free, without any form of interruption or hindrance, and will not be liable for any interruption, loss, damage or corruption experienced while using or carrying out any activity on the app.

Furthermore, Medicom will not be held neither responsible nor liable for your visit or use of any other third party websites that you might have accessed through links within this app. Medicom has no control or authority over these websites and is not responsible for anything related to their content or services. Any such links are made available simply as a service to Users of this app and their presence on this app is not any form an endorsement or validation by or affiliation with Medicom.

Medicom will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in violation of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you in the event of any delay or negligence in carrying out, or any failure to carry out, any of its obligations as regard the products or services ordered by you if the delay, negligence or failure was as a result of any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Medicom may, without discretion, assign or transfer any of its rights or sub-licence any of its obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party as it deems fit. You may decide not to assign or transfer any of your rights or sub-licence any of your obligations under these terms and conditions with the exception of getting the approved written permission of Medicom.

No individual who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have any right to enact any term under these Agreement. Nothing in these terms and conditions is projected to nor shall upset any of your statutory rights that may not be legally omitted.


All rights, which include copyright, in the content of the Medicom app are owned or controlled by Medicom. In using app, you acknowledge and agree that you may only use the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, transmit, broadcast, store (in any medium), transfer, adapt or modify in any way the content of the site for any other unauthorised purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Medicom.

Changes to the Policy

We retain the right, based on our sole discretion, to modify, change, add or remove sections of this privacy policy at any time. Any changes should be notified to you via the email address you have provided to us or via the app. Your continued use of the app, after the posting of such changes to this privacy policy, will be considered as your acceptance of these changes.
